19th-century U.S. humorist Henry Wheeler Shaw, better known by his pen name Josh Billings, once wrote: “Debt is like any other trap, easy enough to get into, but hard enough to get out of.” When it comes to technical debt, there’s little to laugh about. According to a recent Wall Street Journal article, The Invisible $1.52 Trillion Problem: Clunky Old Software, technical debt costs the U.S. $2.41 trillion a year due to cybersecurity and operational failures.

Admin Assist Enhancements & Performance
Our Admin Assist service now includes a Cost Monitoring section designed to help you identify potential cost savings. We've enhanced our alert system to better identify ingestion gaps and launched a new version of the Admin Portal, which provides monitoring dashboards and automated certificate expiration alerts.
Looking Back
In 2023, we spent more than 1500 hours monitoring your environments. This extensive monitoring has helped us identify monthly cost savings of around $7,000. Additionally, our security enhancements have led to an average security score increase of 80%.
Looking Forward
Starting in 2024, we will add all CSP customers to our monitoring service. We’re also integrating live Admin Assist dashboards into the Administration Portal to improve accessibility and user experience.

Product Documentation, Data Ingestion & Onboarding
Since January 2024, we've ingested 4300 million items, totaling 2.2PB of data, with 1800 million items (1.4PB) ingested in Q2 alone. We've encountered some throttling policies from Microsoft, which limit daily data flow into M365. These limitations, however, make our A2Z option more appealing for efficient project completion. If you're dealing with M365 data management issues, you might find this option beneficial.
We’re excited to share that we’ve significantly improved our Product Documentation within our Customer Portal and Knowledge Base since the year’s start. Now, our User Guides are fully updated to match the current version, and moving forward, we’ll be channeling both Release Notes and Product Documentation through this efficient platform.
Thanks to your insightful feedback, we’ve tailored this shift to enhance the quality and timeliness of the information we provide. Our dedication to delivering exceptional knowledge management to all our customers is unwavering.
Also, our Knowledge Base features a subscription service to keep you promptly informed of updates, along with a feedback option that lets you rate articles and suggest enhancements individually. Since January, we’ve refreshed over 1,000 articles and introduced upwards of 300 new pieces, and our collection now boasts over 1,400 published articles.
We’re thrilled to continue this journey and promise to bring you more consistent and detailed content with greater frequency.
