Bob is the CEO and a co-founder of Archive360. He has an extensive background in sales, marketing, and channel development. Bob has been working in the archiving and records compliance management industry for 20 plus years and co-founded Archive360 in 2012. Prior to this, he ran sales and channel operations for a number of global software companies including Mimosa Systems, Iron Mountain, Autonomy, HP, Computron, and AXS-One.
Through the unqualified success of the original Archive2Anywhere, now FastCollect, migration product solution and now the first of its kind native Azure information management and compliance solution, Archive2Azure, Bob has established Archive360 as the industry leader for compliance and cloud-based, long-term information management. Building on this achievement and utilizing his hard-earned commercial and entrepreneurial skills, Bob has been able to quickly move the company to the next level. Married with two children, he currently resides in New Jersey and is a passionate Yankees fan, and enjoys training the stars of tomorrow as a little league coach.
Tiberiu (Tibi) Popp

Tibi is the co-founder and Chief Technology Officer of Archive360. Tibi has a successful track record as a serial entrepreneur and technology executive, creating business value out of disruptive technologies. He has spent more than 15 years building and implementing solutions for enterprise-class email and document messaging, archiving, and compliance.
Prior to Archive360, Tibi was an early employee of Mimosa Systems where he was instrumental in building and establishing the company as a global leader in enterprise email and content archiving. Before Mimosa, Tibi held leadership positions with AXS-One, where he envisioned and developed a first to market Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) message archive platform for leading Wall Street Financial firms. Previously Tibi was the co-founder and CTO of Terra Networks Corporation, pioneering the technology that would become today’s web applications, and developing and bringing to market the first B2B transportation logistics exchange, as well as the first online self-service real estate multi listing system, revolutionizing the business model for real estate sales and marketing.
In addition to all things technology-related, Tibi’s passions include fast cars and trying to keep up with his wife and two children.
James M. McCarthy

James is the Chief Compliance Officer and General Counsel for Archive360, where he oversees business operations and provides strategic leadership in areas of risk management, client services, human resources, and organizational processes. Having served as general and litigation counsel for 25 years in private practice, James provides guidance on legal compliance obligations and structures its contractual relationships with partners and customers.
A graduate of Rutgers College, Rutgers University, James attended Rutgers Law School and Western New England College School of Law. James is admitted to the New Jersey State Bar, the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, and United States Court of Appeals for Third Circuit. He is also an adjunct Professor at Felician College, where he teaches business law, ethics, employment and human resource management.
When not working or teaching, you can find James with his four kids, coaching Little League or in the wind on his Harley.
Tom LeonardVice President of Global Sales Linkedin
Tom Leonard is the Vice President of Global Sales at Archive360. Prior to joining Archive360, he was the Vice President of worldwide sales at Capax Discovery. Tom has extensive experience as a sales executive with a background in management. He also brings expertise as an entrepreneur, having founded his own successful healthcare startup, providing financial software to 2,000 plus physicians.
Prior to that, Tom served as Vice President and Chief Information Officer of McKesson, a Fortune 10 Company, where he oversaw 24 cancer centers. Tom is a sales leader in the healthcare and legal markets. Over the years, he has executed high-dollar, complex IT engagements focused on strong revenue growth.
Tom has five children and three grandchildren, and is a cancer care advocate in his spare time. He lives in Atlanta and loves Auburn sports.
Bill TolsonVice President of Marketing Linkedin
Bill is the Vice President of Marketing for Archive360. Bill brings more than 25 years of marketing experience with multinational corporations and technology start-ups, including 15-plus years in the archiving, information governance, and eDiscovery markets.
Prior to joining Archive360, Bill held executive and senior-level marketing positions at Actiance, Recommind, Hewlett Packard, Iron Mountain, Mimosa Systems, and StorageTek. At Archive360, Bill is responsible for directing all brand strategy, product marketing, corporate marketing, public relations, sales enablement and strategic partner marketing. Bill is a frequent speaker at legal and information governance industry events and has authored numerous articles and blogs. Bill is also the author of two eBooks: “The Know IT All’s Guide to eDiscovery” and “The Bartenders Guide to eDiscovery”, the author of the book “Cloud Archiving for Dummies” and co-author of the book “Email Archiving for Dummies”.
Bill holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from California State University Dominguez Hills, and is married with two children.
Glenn LuftVice President of Operations Linkedin
Glenn is the Vice President of Operations for Archive360. Glenn has spent more than 15 years designing, developing and implementing archive products and solutions for enterprise customers. Glenn is a Computer Software Architect and Engineering Leader for enterprise software and hardware products. He has business subject matter expertise in governance, finance, telecommunications, and scientific computing, as well as technical subject matter expertise in cloud computing, storage, and archiving systems.
Prior to Archive360, Glenn was an Engineering Section Manager at HP Enterprise developing and delivering cloud products and solutions focused on archiving, networking, and HPC. He was an early employee of Mimosa Systems where he led the engineering team responsible for archive performance and scaling as well as delivery and support of large enterprise projects. Prior to working at Mimosa Systems, Glenn held positions at Hitachi Data Systems, iXOS/OpenText, and Xerox.
