Bob is the CEO and a co-founder of Archive360. Bob has an extensive background in sales, marketing, and channel development. Bob has been working in the Archiving and Records Compliance Management industry for 20 plus years and co-founded Archive360 in 2012. Prior to this, Bob ran sales and channel operations for a number of global software companies including Mimosa Systems, Iron Mountain, Autonomy, HP, Computron, and AXS-One.
Through the unqualified success of the original Archive2Anywhere (now FastCollect) migration product solution and now the first of its kind native Azure information management and compliance solution, Archive2Azure, Bob has established Archive360 as the industry leader for compliance and cloud-based long term information management. Building on this achievement and utilizing his hard-earned commercial and entrepreneurial skills, Bob is quickly moving the company to the next level. Bob is married with two children and currently resides in New Jersey. He is a passionate Yankees fan and enjoys training the stars of tomorrow as a little league coach.
Tiberiu (Tibi) Popp
Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer
Tibi Popp is the co-founder and Chief Technology Officer of Archive360. Tibi has a successful track record as a serial entrepreneur and technology executive, creating business value out of disruptive technologies. He has spent more than 15 years building and implementing solutions for enterprise-class email and document messaging, archiving, and compliance.
Prior to Archive360, Tibi was an early employee of Mimosa Systems where he was instrumental in building and establishing the company as a global leader in enterprise email and content archiving. Before Mimosa, Tibi held leadership positions with AXS-One, where he envisioned and developed a first to market Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) message archive platform for leading Wall Street Financial firms. Previously Tibi was the co-founder and CTO of Terra Networks Corporation, pioneering the technology that would become today’s web applications, and developing and bringing to market the first B2B transportation logistics exchange, as well as the first online self-service real estate multi listing system, revolutionizing the business model for real estate sales and marketing.
In addition to all things technology-related, Tibi’s passions include fast cars and trying to keep up with his wife and two children.
Vice President of Marketing
Bill has more than 25 years of marketing experience with multinational corporations and technology start-ups, including 15-plus years in the archiving, information governance, and eDiscovery markets.
Prior to joining Archive360, Bill held executive and senior-level marketing positions at Actiance, Recommind, Hewlett Packard, Iron Mountain, Mimosa Systems, and StorageTek. At Archive360, Bill is responsible for directing all brand strategy, product marketing, corporate marketing, public relations, sales enablement and strategic partner marketing. Bill is a frequent speaker at legal and information governance industry events and has authored numerous articles and blogs. Bill is also the author of two eBooks: “The Know IT All’s Guide to eDiscovery” and “The Bartenders Guide to eDiscovery”, the author of the book “Cloud Archiving for Dummies” and co-author of the book “Email Archiving for Dummies”.
Bill holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from California State University Dominguez Hills and is married with two children.
James McCarthy is corporate counsel to Archive360. Having served as general and litigation counsel for 25 years to public and private entities in private practice, Jim’s experience guides the Company with its legal compliance obligations and structures its contractual relationships with partners and customers. He graduated from Rutgers College, Rutgers University and attended Rutgers Law School and Western New England College School of Law. Jim is admitted to the New Jersey State Bar, the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey and United States Court of Appeals for Third Circuit. He is an adjunct Professor at Felician College where he teaches business law, ethics, employment and human resource management.
