Archive360 Statement Regarding Silicon Valley Bank and Signature Bank Collapse

As you know by now, the US Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) has taken over the operations of Silicon Valley Bank (SVB) and Signature Bank (SB). We would like to let our customers know that Archive360 did not do any business with SVB or SB and we had no exposure to this issue. We are well funded and have no debt. 

In September 2021, we announced a financial partnership with Leeds Equity Partners, an impressive private equity firm based in New York City with domain expertise exclusively focused on technology companies in the information and knowledge management sectors.  With the backing of Leeds, Archive360 continues to accelerate its investment in its people and technology.  Many of you have already benefited directly from that investment in terms of interacting with new members of our team.
