Comprehensive new program will give Relativity access to Archive360s APIs, ability to leverage information governance capabilities of Open Archiving Platform

NEW YORK, October 18, 2022Archive360, the archiving and information management leader trusted by enterprises and government agencies worldwide, today announced an expansion of its Archive360 Extend developer program with the addition of Relativity, a global legal and compliance technology company. This lays the foundation for more robust integration between Archive360’s Archive2Azure, the enterprise archiving platform and both Relativity’s AI-powered communications surveillance platform, Relativity Trace, and its SaaS product, RelativityOne. The goal is to expedite data transfer across the two platforms as these advances become available to users next year.

“The risk and cost associated with managing mounting volumes of disparate data continue to be a priority for legal and IT departments in every sector, and the market needs better solutions to bridge the divide,” said Bob Desteno, Co-founder and CEO of Archive360. “By combining Relativity’s advanced supervision and eDiscovery capabilities with our scalability and advanced data protection, along with our depth of experience with Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Azure, we can help ensure that companies address their regulatory and technical obligations with greater ease and efficiency than ever before. We are delighted to join Relativity in bringing this solution to market, and we look forward to a long-lasting and productive partnership.”

The Archive360 Extend developer program gives partners access to the company’s APIs so they can leverage the information governance capabilities of the Archive360 Open Archiving Platform. As the only true Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) solution provider, Archive360 enables organizations to migrate and onboard massive volumes of data to the cloud, with full control over data security, privacy, access and compliance. With Archive360 Extend, users benefit from ‘one search’ to directly access, manage and extract relevant data from the Archive360 archive from the comfort and familiarity of their preferred applications. Archive360 APIs are managed with a Zero-Trust framework that encompasses data threat surfaces, lifecycles, governance and more. The company also adheres to an API-first philosophy, ensuring that they are consistent and reusable across the Archive360 platform, as well as applications or portals accessing the data.

“Relativity is an industry leader in the organization and management of sensitive customer data, and combining our capabilities with Archive360, a leader in archiving and information management, ensures that customers have an integrated and secure information management lifecycle,” said Marcin Wojtczak, Chief Growth Officer at Relativity. “The integrations, housed completely in Microsoft Azure’s single-cloud environment, reflect our commitment to innovating with Microsoft Azure-based partners to deliver a much more seamless user experience.”

Integration with Relativity Trace enables customers to automate data transfers from Archive360 into Relativity Trace, bringing agility and increased security to the communications surveillance process. Archive360’s integration with RelativityOne will create a smoother process for customers to move large amounts of data and establish defensible data collection processes for eDiscovery and investigations.

“As organizations look for both advanced archiving and surveillance in the cloud, it’s important that downstream solutions like Relativity Trace seamlessly and securely integrate with the archive system of record,” said Jordan Domash, General Manager of Relativity Trace. “Relativity Trace’s advanced integration with Archive360 will allow us to deliver a higher standard of communications surveillance operations to our joint customers while upholding data security in Azure.”

Archive360 is a Gold Sponsor at the 13th annual Relativity Fest, an event for the eDiscovery and compliance communities, taking place in Chicago October 26-28, 2022; sessions are also accessible online for those unable to attend in-person. Interested parties can register for the event here. In addition, Archive360 will host a sponsor session: “Reducing eDiscovery Risk with Archive360 and Relativity,” discussing how customers in the private and public sectors alike can leverage the power of both companies’ information governance technologies to scale eDiscovery risk mitigation.
