The agreement covers managing, searching and defensibly producing information in compliance with organizational and regulatory policies, regardless of data volume, number of users and workloads processed. Through this arrangement, Exterro will leverage the scalability, security and flexibility of the Archive360 platform so that its customers can access all relevant data in the Archive360 repository directly from the Exterro application. Among other benefits, customers can apply In-Place Preservation to protect and secure electronically stored information (ESI) from accidental deletion required for litigation prior to collection, analysis, review and production.

Under the terms of the agreement, Exterro will leverage Archive360 APIs to provide a seamless experience to their customers, who can review content in Archive360’s archive directly from the Exterro E-Discovery Data Management application. In the archive—which onboards petabytes of data from multiple sources, securely stores it in its native format, and applies management policies to ensure compliance—organizations can quickly identify the most important data, place them on legal hold, and with only one-click, compliantly manage collection. This significantly reduces the time, costs and risks of early case assessment.
